Have you ever got the question why you don’t get promoted when you have 2.8 years tenure as an analyst?
The title pretty much says it all. I am an analyst having 2.8 years experience at a IB and thinking of applying other positions at other firms.
For those had similar situation before, have you got question why you don’t get promotion to associate after working there for 2.8 years??
