Hearing from a FT

I received and signed an offer with a fringe BB based in NYC in November. However, after the initial paperwork I haven't heard from the bank since December (except for getting a W-2 for the sign-on in January).

When should I start hearing from them about the FT position (setting up the 401-K, business cards, group specifics, training program, etc.)? It's already getting on into late March, should be at all worried?

I haven't heard from them either, neither have my friends. I don't think you should be worried as yet.

By the way, what would you consider as "fringe" BBs?
