Help with an offer

Hey Everyone,

Currently in B4 FDD and have an offer from a MM investment bank with <10 employees.

No one at the firm appears to have prior banking experience at a well-known bank, but a previous employee did end up at a well-known bank here in town so a lateral move wouldn’t be impossible.

I'm interviewing at other firms, but it's a slow process and I’m interested in a career in banking.

I wanted to get some other opinions on this move and how it could affect the trajectory of my career.

Thank you!
