With recruiting season right around the corner, I'm wondering if you guys can help me out with the whole process. I'm a sophomore and have solid extra curriculars and GPA. What should I be doing at this point in time try and land an IB or S&T gig? Networking? Throwing my resume out there? Any advice helps

Pull your GPA up above 3.5 if possible. If it's already above that, network as hard as you can. Also join some relevant clubs/participate in competitions if you don't have much relevant experience.
Networking and start practicing your story and technicals.
