Hirevue Reviewers

So there are quite a few posts on here from people who review resumes/have received cold calls or emails/etc. and they’re pretty helpful to get a sense of what the recipient is thinking when they receive these. I was wondering if anyone on here has reviewed Hirevue interviews and what you’re looking for/judging them on while you watch? Maybe this mindset is detrimental to my success in a Hirevue, but I see Hirevues as a medium fundamentally different than a phone or in person interview even though it seems like the idea of them is to imitate that kind of experience. Personally, I think I am pretty poor any time its a hirevue, but have had success in-person and on the phone so I was kind of curious about the Hirevue reviewer's perspective.

Anyways, if you have reviewed hirevue interviews for your company, what are you looking for when you watch them? Do you expect something different from a phone/in-person interview? Does anything other than the video/audio recording accompany the report from hirevue (i.e. an assessment from Hirevue)? I am aware that the specifics of what a company looks for would change from place to place. I'm not looking for some answer of "how to do a Hirevue", I would just like to hear from anyone who has reviewed them what their experience is like.
