I am a first-year mba student. I have an interview with Houlihan Lokey restructuring group for a summer associate position. I am wondering whether the technical questions are similar as the general investment banking technical questions or there are different questions specifically tailored for financial restructuring? If so, which guides should I study? Also, has anyone interviewed for financial restructuring associate position at HL or other firms? How is it like? I have had other types of interviews but not restructuring. If anyone has the experience of financial restructuring interview or have worked in that field or currently working, please DM me and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
