Houlihan Lokey Perks?

I’m an incoming intern at a non-NY/LA coverage group at HL. I was wondering if anyone had a clear picture on what any potential perks could be? I know for certain banks and locations people are given meal stipends for staying after a certain time/ubers home. Does this extend to 2nd/3rd tier cities? Thanks!

Are there any non traditional perks? Not sure if this is typical or not so forgive my ignorance!

MWTh $20 meal stipend through DoorDash. Occasionally the office caters lunch. You also get DashPass so your $20 goes farther. $40 per meal for dinner (I think after 10 hours is the real policy but everyone orders around 6-6:30, no one cares). You have to expense it though. Weekends I think it’s 4 hours of work you get $20 and over 8 you get $40. Numbers may be off but there is a weekend meal allowance. Office building may have a gym; if so you probably get access, even as an intern. Ubers from the office after a certain point. If non NYC or LA this may be worthless if you drive yourself to work. Hella snacks. There may be more that I’m forgetting but interns are well taken care of.

Thanks for the comprehensive response! If you don’t mind, which city/city tier were you in?

Occasionally you will have an early leave (i.e., before 2 AM) and weekend you can work from home.
