I had applied to HL for the summer investment banking internship about 15 days ago and am still waiting to hear back?? When should I expect to hear back from them?? I am really new to the IB game and am just trying to carve my path as a junior in college, so please to sarcastic comments.

Since I can't be sarcastic, I'll be very candid. You won't hear back from them because you didn't get it because you didn't network because you only applied online and because they are done recruiting. I can list out a few others too if it isn't clear
Thank you that was actually very eye opening. Im stressing out because i thought I had this botique PE shop in the bag for Spring/summer but that fell through. If i may ask how should I have networked my with them? They are a huge MM firm and isnt cold calling associates and directors frowned upon?
