Unfortunately garbage in = garbage out. Better off searching for the Pay Bump threads that were posted a few months back around when most banks raised base pay and using what you find there. Too many people submit incorrect info in the database just to get access to the site and info. 

 

This x100. There is a lot of bullshit in the database but also a lot of good data. It takes a bit of experience and common sense to separate it.

I think the way the salary reporting works on this site must be confusing / misleading. I’ve never submitted one myself but there are frequent cases where people are clearly inputting their total comp as “salary” but then also input their bonus separately which means that the total comp as reported in the database is then the equivalent of base + 2 bonuses. It makes me think the input form must be misleading given it’s a semi-frequent issue having looked at a bunch of different entries.
