Funniest

I think there's all these studies coming out that nicotine improves neuroplasticity and helps prevent brain disease or some shit. So I will continue to eat them like candy to become a superior human. Adderall will prob mess you up tho - ZynGod.

Edit: I do love me a good ole zappy but only on special occasions when im deathly hungover on a sunday and have to model or read contracts for 10 hours.

Probably not great but damn does that combination sure make you feel like a god

Basically its better than smoking and probably one of the better ways to consume niccotine, but obviously not perfect. The cinnamon flavor with a coffee hits too well

https://newsroom.heart.org/news/people-who-vape-had-worrisome-changes-i… - not a perfect comparison obviously and think there is a lack of conclusive data.. but a lot of early data seems to at least allude to consistent nicotine use having long term detrimental affects on the cardiovascular system. As someone else noted it causes increased heart rate and high blood pressure but some studies also point to it constricting blood vessels (which can be temporary with occasional use but over the long haul may become permanent to some extent).

Use to vape with a juul a lot in my early IB analyst years because hardo lol, and I liked using the nicotine to calm me down during stressful periods as well as to chill out on weekends with my friends.

Anyway after a while my eyesight started getting real bad. I then saw an optometrist who told me that high nicotine consumption can damage your eyesight due to the blood vessel restriction. I quit after that and my eyesight went back to normal within 3-5 days. Haven’t touched a juul since, don’t know about zyns though.

I don’t share all this to say you shouldn’t vape ever, just do it in moderation and watch how much you’re consuming. Even too much water can kill you.

Nah I’ve gone through a lot of long cut over the years and they couldn’t tell

Probably not as bad as the addy every morning lol

Addy is not necessarily always bad ---- as long as you have a need for it and aren't snorting it as a recreational drug. I have to emphasize the following, however. You MUST exercise and eat healthy if you're taking stimulants. No exceptions. I was obese when I started my medication regimen and had heart palpitations at the end of the day, accompanied with cold sweats during my sleep. I am now on a healthier diet and regularly training in the gym. It is a night and day difference for me.

I am on Adderall and Zyns. Adderall because I actually suffer from ADHD. Zyns because I was unmedicated most of my life and it was a quick-fix without having to shell out money for a psychiatric evaluation. I am sure it's not healthy in the long-term, but I would not be able to function without stimulants. Praying I can get through to the VP level and completely stop once the hours become more manageable. Haha.

zyn is not a sin

on a serious note, been seeing some experts I.e andrew huberman speak on the benefits of nicotine and the brain (think neuroplasticity, positive effects on acetylcholine etc). but idk bro my gums have been low key hurting after daily trips to zynbabwe

Been a pretty heavy on-the-desk user for ~3 years now. Long-term wise, there are really not many noticeable affects. Sure there is some gun line erosion, but nothing compared to my long cut days. I would say Zyn is least enjoyable when I'm hungover AF, pop one in during the mornings, then start getting a crazy headache + nic spin.Rest of team is pretty cool with it, MD packs long cut on the desk, so doesn't care when I pop a zyn during calls. Females in the office are completely disgusted by it, however.

Better off sticking with traditional dip. Zyn has tons of fake junk in it thats even worse than the fake stuff they put in grizz or copenhagen
