First year analyst at BofA and wondering if anybody knows how ratings work for analyst.
Does the staffer just reach out to all your deal teams and ask for reviews / ratings? Would appreciate any tips on how to get a good rating with getting absolutely crushed. Thanks in advance.

Why would reviews work differently compared to other firms
Just more curios if there are any BofA specifics like the staffer having more of a say or a higher % being middle bucket etc.
