How do your groups allocate staffing?
Genuinely curious how it is done across the street. Do you all record hours worked? Do you have a direct enough relationship with your staffer that they know when you have capacity? Seems like its a lot harder to tell who gets crushed and who doesn't with more WFH entering the industry, curious how other groups do it.
