How Does one change the trajectory of their career from OPS to IB?
I have just graduated with my BS in Finance from the best school in my city. I have not found any issues finding job offers, however what exams/licenses should I shoot for in order to head toward a career in investment banking? Currently I work in licensing with broker/dealer services. (entry level position)
