How Feasable is it to lateral from a regional I-bank to a BB/EB?
Hey Everyone,
I am a sophomore currently going through SA2025 recruiting and have not had a lot of traction so far. I have secured an investment banking internship for this summer at a regional investment bank with a strong sector focus. I was wondering how possible is it to think I could either stay there for next summer and recruit for FT or work there for a couple of years and lateral over to a BB/EB? Is that done often?
