except they have no repercussion to do anything and are just fucking the team they staff you with.
This is my last week - been working various days until 4 / 5am and working the weekend. Just trying to move the model forward as much as possible before leaving - don't want to leave them underwater. In general people hate their team but they taught me a lot and I am genuinely happy about having had the chance to work with them (moving to a bank with better brand and better long term comp though)
