How long does it take to hear back after 1st round?
This Thursday (yesterday) I had a first round interview for a FT analyst position at a MM investment bank. I was told 1st round interviews were Wednesday-Friday this week, and the superday would be next Thursday or Friday. I thought the interview went well, but am getting very nervous because it's 3PM on Friday and I haven't heard anything by now. Is it possible I hear back next Monday or would I already know by now if I was getting invited to the superday?

I would wait until Tuesday to email HR... 24 hour turnaround can come off as desperate
What place is this for? I’d suggest you perhaps wait until Monday to follow up without HR.

So I had an on campus first round interview last Thursday. I think it went pretty well and there were no errors in any of my responses. I was even told I have an impressive resume.
Well that was Thursday and I still have not heard anything. Is it too early to contact HR?
At a target school they usually will tell you "it can take anywhere up to 2 weeks". If you have not heard within a week you could contact HR and let them know you are very excited about the opportunity and looking forward to hearing back.
Not sure about your school, but at my target, they let you know within a day. Usually OCR takes place the week of June 20th, and the superdays are held immediately either that week or the week after.
why are OCR's so early at your school?
Its not a BB but more of a middle market firm. I figure I will give it a week and go from there. just wondering..thanks

whoops yea, that's what i meant. in that case don't worry about it. its still really early in the cycle... and markets are moving up and down lately. they probably are still sorting through stuff/determining headcount
