How much do banks pay TTS? Is it necessary?
As intern szn kicks off, a few questions arise:
1. Why do banks pay for TTS? Couldn't they have one of their own VPs do the training in-house which would also be more specific to the bank itself and formatting guidelines?
2. How much do banks pay for a week of TTS? Assuming one instructor and one TA for a group of ~100 interns
3. For the business model of TTS, isn't it very seasonal? What else do they do apart from training week of intern szn and for full-time?
