I read in the HBS employment report that the average comp package for i-bankers in BB or sales&trading earn 125K base and 50K signing. How large is a typical bonus in the first three years after b-school?

I would check the annual banking industry report on this site. The base and bonus will vary depending on the bank. It's my understanding that each bank will have fairly narrow pay bands that you'll fall in, so it matters which bank you go to than which school you come from.
