How much more do directors make vs. VP?
Assuming VPs make 6-700k in a good environment (maybe a big assumption), how much do directors make? 800-1 million+? Less/more?

Vp prob range from 500-700, MD is probbag 1-5mm probably more at other banks but MDs should clear 1mm unless I am bugging out
Can only speak to my experience at Canadian banks in the U.S. but the typical Director range is 700-900
In a robust corporate setting, VPs typically earn 600-700k. Directors may earn 800k-1M+, varying based on industry, company size, and performance. Compensation depends on responsibilities and individual negotiations. Always consider your expertise and market trends when assessing salary expectations.
Wow that’s a lot
