How often do you guys have to make PIBs?

Currently a first year at a BB and feel like I have to make too many (4+ per week). Am also making 5+ 1-slide company profiles per week.  Is this normal? How do you guys make it faster? Do you have any automating tools / outsourcing?

Thank you! How long would you say it takes you to do each of those tasks? Have sped up to ~20 minutes per PIB (longest part is editing TOC and linking stuff) and ~45 minutes per Company Profile. It seems like the outsourcing team gives shit quality work and I have to spend a lot of time clearing up basic mistakes.

My advice with offshore teams (had one at JPM) is to spend about an hour or two with them and help them learn what you want. Then repeatedly ask for the same person so you build them up.

On a side note, I am working on creating an automated tool to create profiles and other simple tasks.

Would love to talk to you more about the problem if you have a chance.
