How serious is this? Networking call with Eastdil Secured Recruiter

Hi guys. I go to a non-target but have good resume/background I would say. I recently applied to Eastdil Secured for their 2025 Analyst Program in Cali about a month ago and completed the hirevue/assessment ~3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything so I just forgot about it. I also emailed a recruiter 2 weeks ago and he just responded to me. In the email, I said that it is a dream of mine to work at the company and I sent him my resume/just talked about my background. He then responded to me and said to "Give me some days/times that work for you."

Do you guys think this might go somewhere or do you think he's just saying this to say it?

Will keep in mind! I emailed him and he still hasn't replied but the fact he replied 2 weeks later means I know he's a man of his word.

Very serious, you have a chance to get an interview if this goes well.

The way you should speak with recruiters is different than the way you should speak with bankers. These recruiters don't know anything about finance so you should focus on being likeable and demonstrating your preparedness and work ethic.

Well after doing more research, he oversees the graduate program (Not sure why I thought he was a recruiter, I've been sleep deprived this week) but he's actually a VP Banker there (10 Years seniority). I just found this out a couple hours ago as I was preparing LOL.
