How to Coffee Chat

This is dead serious - (Its kind of not serious but this is a legit issue). I DO NOT DRINK CAFFEINE. I don't drink any coffee, no soda, no nothing. So how in the world am I suppose to have coffee chats? Do i order an ice water like a beta? or can i get away with ordering a hot chocolate so it looks like I am at least drinking some kind of coffee?

Do I order nothing?? What if the professional asks me why I asked him to coffee chat if i don't drink coffee?

What all my alternatives? Should I give up on the IB dream? Any suggestions?

Hey man, the point of coffee chat is not to actually drink coffee, it's to learn about the person, their job, and most importantly to make a connection. I can't tell if this is a joke or not but I wanna give you benefit of the doubt. Most of the people I've had a coffee chat with don't care what you get (I got water once while meeting VP at BB and it was one of the best conversations I had.) Just make sure you make a really good first impression and ask informed questions. Hope that helps.
