How to create customer repeat rate waterfall analysis
So basically, I would like to build a customer repeat rate waterfall analysis for one of the deals I am working on, I have been searching but did not find too much helpful info online, right now I have the following:
- Customer order time (year and date going back 5 yrs)
- Customer names, emails and their addresses
- Value of their transactions
can someone with experience weight in here to teach/guide me on how to build one?
