How to gain a big picture/strategic skillset
Feel as though I’ve developed my ppt/excel skillset enough where I can start looking at the broader picture. For those more senior, what should I be paying attention to in deals/pitches to grow and start seeing things the way seniors do? I’m aware a lot of this will likely come with time, but would like to be cognizant so i’m not just going through the motions or getting caught up in the weeds.
