How to get into commercial banking? Or what should I do?

Studying the BIWS and Vault guides right now. 3.6 GPA from a HYP, and a rising junior. Liberal arts major. No IB offers for 2019 yet, and I'm applying to anything and everything. I have no past work experience except for a cold calling type of sales gig at a reputable real estate firm, and some start up experience. So basically not good work experience. I got a couple final rounds at investment banks when I was a sophomore, but struck out.

So now what do I do? I'm thinking I'll just do my best to try to get a boutique or MM IB for summer 2019, and if not, then try to take some kind of F500 type of internship. And then consider taking a year off, and get another internship.

And at this point, I'm thinking maybe my best move is to try to get into commercial banking. Sounds like a decent career path, although a lot less lucrative than investment banking (starts out at 65K, but looks like around 4 years in, people make like 80-95K). How hard is it to break into commercial banking? Any advice for what moves to make?
