How to grow your wealth?

Incoming BB Analyst with ton of free time before FT starts. Curious how you all are growing your wealth aside from salary.

You all don't have time to make speculative trades outside of work + restrictions.

What do y'all do to grow wealth? Also, any recommendations on how to manage finances, understand 401k, IRA, etc.? Realizing that school hasn't taught me shit about how to be an actual adult lol.

Well managed laundromat - about 25-30% margin
No need to be there all the time, part-time attendant present, semi-automated business. Further income with vending machines, arcade games, snacks, drinks.

Convenience store - lower margins, but higher volume in good locations
Disadvantages are 24/7 operations (3 shifts per day), lots of competition, liquor licensing, risk of robberies, etc

Self serve car wash
fairly automated business model, either no staff or very minimal, fairly robust income streams and cheap to build or buy. downside that income is not going to be very high and location is very important.
