how to manually calculate EV / EBITDA across a 2 year period

let's say I wanted to calculate EV / LTM EBITDA across a period of 2-years for a public company, say AAPL.

Equity value = share price x diluted shares outstanding

Enterprise value = Equity value + net debt

.

share price > gather 2-years of historical price from yahoo finance

DSO > get dilutive securities from 10Q/K of corresponding quarterly period

net debt > get relevant financials from 10Q/K of corresponding quarterly period

.

Question:

1. Do i calculate net debt/dilution sequentially, as in quarter-to-quarter? So for a quaterly period, net debt and dilution (subject to share price in TSM) would be stable. Also assuming LTM EBITDA calculated on a quarterly basis

2. Given the above, this means EV / EBITDA would change during a quarter (day-to-day basis, really) by means of changing share price only - correct?
