Hi,
I had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of a small IB boutique. The place seemed great with a relaxed and yet hardworking culture. The conversation went very well, and the technicals as well. We ended up talking about interests such as aviation and cooking in the end.
I sent a thank you note the day after and they told me that they got a very good impression and that we should talk again within a few weeks. He told me during the interview that they are not looking to hire right now but they will need people in the near future due to expansion.
How should I proceed? It has been two weeks now. He already told me they won't hire now but I want to keep the contact but do not know how to follow up.
