HR Reference Compensation (2nd yr analyst)
At a BB, going to be heading into my first comp cycle not on a stub structure. There is a "reference compensation" that is +5k from what we currently pull in. The guideline is that it can be "higher or lower", but I assume that is not the case for those going into their second year as otherwise my class (as we all have the same reference #) would be effectively making less due to the stub + signing bonus. Should this number be ignored?
