I feel like I’m not learning
I feel like I’m always just updating small things in the PowerPoint or doing simple things like comps or precedents. Then I just take lots of notes on calls. I feel like we are so busy - I don’t really feel like I’m learning much on deals and the high level big picture flies over me all the time and I just output constantly. Im also not trusted with modelling. I’m at the point where I can’t remember specifics of a deal from a month or two ago - what am I doing wrong ?
Bumping, am in the same boat. Literally feel like am just pushing paper and have yet to really jump into modelling. Is that normal for the 6 month mark into the first year?
