I'm looking to gain insight on IA Financial (Industrial Alliance) new investment banking division. Seems like a lot of these big firms are leveraging their wealth management arm and offering IB services. Has anyone in Canada seen IA Financial on any deals? Anyone work there? Small office in Toronto, bigger team in Montreal. I wonder what their strategy is to compete with lots of Canadian MM shops.
