IB associate after post-exp. MFin or IB analyst after pre-exp MFin?

Cleared all levels of CFA, FRM & CAIA. Age:24.

With 1 yr WE, shall I go for pre-exp. MFin & work as an IB analyst or get 2-3 yrs WE, go for a post-exp. MFin & start at IB associate level? Given my age, which route should I pursue? With pre-exp. MFin, I might be old joining the IB analyst work force. With post-exp MFin, I have to compete with highly exp. MBAs from Top schools. What should I do? Is 2-3 yr work exp in PE enough for getting a job as an IB associate?

There are some post-exp MFin programs in Europe which have seen their students get employed directly as an IB associate. It is true though that I would be competing with top MBA students for the position.

Yeah my biggest weakness is no IB work experience. I guess, I should first work as an IB analyst before. Only issue with MBA is that they need 4+ yr WE. And given that I'm just starting out, I will join as an associate at an older age (4+2).
