IB benefits/vacation/insurance/401k match policy
Nobody seems to talk about the benefits beyond the higher salary specifically for bankers. Was wondering if anyone has any insight to the amount of vacation/sick days, the different types of benefits you received(maybe initial FT sign bonus as well) and insight to how good of insurance/401k match. If you could include what bank or maybe if bb,mm or boutique and city. Just trying to figure out what to expect for FT. Thanks!
