IB DEI @ bulge & eb>>>> CALLING ALL POC PEEPS is hr discriminating against me?

My journey:

Im white with blonde hair but have the definition under the LAW to self identify and therefore I SELF INDENTIFIED as Black. are yall POC peeps and allies discriminating against how I self identify my black background or am I gucci to pass the R1 and hirevue with my struggles as an Ethiopian afrikkaner. I personally think I have a pretty good resume relative to my native brothers and sisters.

Or worse is one of you allies denying my culture? I mean we are on the same team

You are a racist. Clearly, you have’t done any research that only women, black / Hispanic men, and LGBTQ are classified as DEI by banks.

Majority of DEI is white women yet you still target all PoC, many of whom are not even classified as DEI.

Most likely, you got turned down in favor of a white woman. Now why don’t you go ahead and revise this post to address them instead of PoC. Much easier for you to identify as a white woman instead of black.

I would go for it lol

The industry is eventually going to see a class action lawsuit against these firms (IB and Law) for different pay by race

It’s in the policies of these firms to give bigger sign on bonuses based on race and sex qualifications to these “DEI” groups

Believe there are firms building a class action lawsuit case for this now

Eventually white, Indian and Asian males that were hired but got paid less will need to join the suit anonymously and collect winnings! Less contingency fees for the legal firm doing all the work

Grievances of white men are legit but need to stop targeting all PoC.

In the cause against DEI, Asian and Brown men will be there biggest allies. 90% of DEI is women and banks only care about gender DEI based on board reports. We need to unite and take these hypocrites to the cleaners, especially performative MDs.
