IB in Spain
Is it just me, or everything is dry af. I've been applying to multiple positions and so far only the small and MM firms seem to be the only ones doing a recruitment process with internship spots in Madrid and Barcelona. All the BBs either have very few intern positions open or some as BofA have just closed them and don't start an interview process because of that. Does someone have any insight or feel the same or it's just my experience?
