IB interview - accounting

Suppose you have the following data:

Company A: EV: 100 Net debt: 70 Equity: 30

Company B: EV: 60 Net debt: 40 Equity: 20

How is the combined BS going to look in case Company A acquires 80% of Company B? Honestly, I am not sure whether my question or info given is complete, so feel free to add/specify anything that could be useful to clarify.

Many thanks
