IB is Wild

My Associate and I were working from office this past weekend on a live deal. She spent most of the time texting someone, I figured must be her bf. She went away for a toilet break and left her cell by the desk. I had sneak peek and was shocked that our MD who is almost 50 with teenage kids was flirting with her and inviting her out for wine. I took shots of those texts with my cell. Should I send them over to her bf or MD’s wife. Alternatively, I could use them to get an early promo from MD. Need advice

Update - I did a bit of digging and turns out they are following each other on insta and one of her bikini photos was liked by this MD.

Our group head is pretty woke. They won’t replace her with you.

Homie, it was a joke. But let me make this clear, do you think HR will fire an MD and a DEI assoc, or cover it up and cut the AN1 that is snooping into their coworkers personal devices?

Think critically. Affairs, as vile as they are, happen all the fucking time, and HR will always take the easiest route to silence a controversy.

Mind your own business 101.

More prevalent than you would think. One of my colleagues had no shame in using this tactic to get a leg over her peers. She brags about this often in her inner circle. To make things worse, she was in a long term relationship during this time. I am aware she had a fling with few at least 2 other seniors.

Anytime an S&T user comments in the IB forum, it's a banger and will have you concealing a chuckle at your desk.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this MD is a staunch supporter of DEI Beckies. Plenty of similar clowns at our bank too.
