IB SA timeline

Hello, I'm a sophomore at a target and feeling quite confused. Could you please provide the official timeline for this year's recruitment process? I've heard that many applications are already open since early January 2024.

If I start now, should I apply directly on their website and then follow up with an email for a coffee chat/network ? Or should it be the other way round. Thanks all !

In a similar situation myself but have done a lot of research in the past week. My understanding is that if you have very strong grades and relevant experience (which I don't unfortunately), there is still hope but you have to start networking, learning technicals, and applying right now. I am currently making a long list of alumni contacts to email this week and touching up my resume with the intention of submitting mid-February once I have my technicals down. PM me or reply if you have any questions; it would be nice to chat with someone in a similar boat.
