Hey guys I could use some input into my current situation. My internship starts on July 6 but I have been trading on my personal account up to June 26 since I had not received correspondence from the bank that interns could not do so. However I finally received my work-from-home laptop today and after setting up the computer I looked through the emails in my corporate email account and saw that there is a compliance policy for the internship stating that new hires have to disclose and get approval for any trades starting June 19. Would I get in trouble if I was not aware of this policy until today? Is this something I should tell HR about or would notifying HR cause more harm than good considering the positions are small and not in my direct industry group? Any advice would be welcome and appreciated.

Iam getting considerably irritated by the amount of annoying and foolish IB SAs asking about trading for the couple weeks of their internship. You are not going to be a millionaire in those few weeks!

Will update my computer soon and leave Incognito so I will disappear forever. How did I achieve Neanderthal by trolling? Some people are after me so need to close account for safety.
