IB Technical Prep

Hi All,

I was curious about how people felt about what was the best way to prep for technicals for IB.

I know plenty of people have recommended books like Rosenbaum and Pearl and online courses like Wall Street Prep and Breaking Into Wall Street.

However, for the similar cost I could buy a month long intensive course like Pro Finance Academy’s IB Accelerator. What had worked best for everyone? Coming from a liberal arts background.

Thanks!

M&I 400 questions guide for sure. Macabacus, Multiple Expansion, and A Simple Model are all free modeling resources that will help you better understand the fundamentals for any "walk me through the impact on the three statements when...", DCF, or LBO questions.

Having bought WSP courses, I don't think they're worth the money compared to the free (or cheaper) resources out there for the sake of interview prep alone. However, I would recommend them if you want to get a start on modeling before you intern or start FT.
