What is the 07' base-pay for IBD analysts in Aussie? (1st, 2nd or 3rd year analysts) Perhaps at the major ibanks in Aussie such as Macquarie, GoldmanJBWere or UBS, etc.

all the banks pay global scales, so it's similar to elsewhere in ny, london or hk.. except the fact that aud has risen a lot against usd..
