IBD Recruitment Summer 2018 Internship Cover Letters
Anyone have any insight on what banks that have opened their applications for summer 2018 internships don't require/recommend cover letters with their applications? Know I want to work in IB someday but these cover letters are a real bitch.
There are very few banks required you to submit cover letter (don't know the name). Some don't even give you an option to submit like JPM. and some would recommend but won't require it, and I usually attach it if it recommended.
who should we address in cover letters if applying to programs like winning women?
