IB/PE/HF/VC in Milan

Hi fellow monkeys, what would a salary structure look like (base pay + bonus + other benefits) and what should a 1st year expect in IB vs PE HF or VC in Milan? Also how difficult is it to enter in PE or VC out of grad school (MSc in Finance @ Bocconi) Many thank’s to whoever will share.
