Does anyone know of shops that are currently hiring first-years?
Also - how is the hiring climate in the fall? I am looking for a first-year opportunity, will it more likely for banks to have open opportunities around that time? Any advice/recommendations for a recent graduate looking for a first-year analyst opportunity? Thanks.
