Coming on full time into a coverage group (BofA/ DB/ RBC Tier) that I didn't intern with (S&T Intern last summer). What prep should I do or expect in terms of where the bar will be at when we enter as an An1? Anything else to know before I hit training this July/ recommendations for my first true IB environment?
