Infra PE Secondaries, Co Investments, FoF to Direct Infra PE?

Will be joining an Infra PE firm focused on secondaries, co investments & FoF. Deal flow is very solid with them taking minority positions in a lot of deals across a variety of sectors. Wondering how feasible it is to move to a direct infra investment platform from here assuming no prior IB/Buyside experience?
