Internship before full time job?
I have received a full-time conversion from a BB starting next year. There would be 2-3 months before the start of the full-time role. Looking at the covid-19 situation, chances of graduation trip is low. Can I do an internship before the full-time role, just for additional income and experience in my areas of interest? Will my full-time company angry about it if they find out later, as it shows that I am interested in something else? Or are there non-compete/compliance issue with it? Thank you!!

Totally fine as long as it’s before your FT start date
I'm in a very similar situation right now; graduating in December but not starting FT until July. Just make sure to run it by someone you trust in the group you are joining and get their approval before reaching out to any other places. The person I reached out to was very supportive of me trying to land an internship as it would allow me to build up relevant skills before starting FT and I made it clear I am in no way considering reneging on my offer. Good luck with the internship search
You don’t need their stamp to do an internship.. yea maybe let them know but they don’t have a say in it
In a similar position. I just reached out to HR regarding any potential issues that could arise from a contractual point of view. As long as the contract you sign for the internship doesn't have any clauses prohibiting your ability to work full time when the FT contract begins, then you should be fine.
