Good luck to everyone starting. FWIW, I had internships in banking that went well, as well as others that didn't go so well. If you struggle or it doesn't go well, it doesn't mean you aren't sharp or aren't cut out for banking. Different shops have different expectations. Hang in there

Be polite, focus on your work, and know your place. Communicate well and never go on your phone.
