Internship without filling in online application
Tried to switch out an application BC HR told me it would be fine but it won't let me apply for the position I wanted now- if I have people pushing my resume does it matter if I've filled out the app?
I know online apps often mean little in terms of getting the internship/are mainly a formality but what happens if you cant fill it out at all even if they have your resume from internal people?
