Just wondering what's people's take on interviewing with the same team that rejected you 1 year ago? It's a MM firm with very lean team, like 5-6 people. I interviewed with a MD at the firm, but was rejected. I searched LinkedIn and it didn't seem like they may any hired after rejecting me. Should I interview with the team again?

The way I see it you have nothing (except time) to lose if they keep offering you interviews. The only downside I see is if you are not ready then, you could ding yourself, but if you had interviewed and then they offered you another interview later the firm could of just had another opening and liked you enough to add you.
